Charley was the person. Charley was born with Cystic Fibrosis. It is a degenerative disease of the muscles. Many people live in previous years, outside of their teenage years. Without a properly functioning muscle can not breath, eventually. Charley was a very lucky. He had many care givers, including his wife, who are sacrificed at appropriate times and helped him through college and graduate school.
Charley became a civil engineer and helped plan the structures of the streets and buildings to better enable people with disabilities. Charley use his mind. Charley is already in the 1930s he was bound to a wheel chair. He can use, on the other hand, only the movement of a joystick and foot piece on your computer. His speech was just, but he could not understand. Help, he went to the Office every day. Charley could see, hear, and use a few fingers and think. Charley made a significant contribution to the city to us. He is also aware of the physical and we appreciate him about their surroundings. He made our city more accessible mode.
